I really wanted this to help, but I’m still dealing with the itching after using it. Kind of a letdown, honestly... I was hoping for better results

I bought this thinking it would be easy to use all over my body, but it didn’t work out that way for me.

The texture felt a little sticky and it didn’t spread smoothly, so putting it on my arms and legs just felt like an unnecessary hassle. Even after using it, my skin still felt dry later on.

It might be fine if you’re only using it on a small spot here and there, but for full body use, I wouldn’t buy it again.

I bought this from Curel because my skin gets dry, and I was really hoping it would make a noticeable difference. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, my skin still felt kind of rough even after using it for a while.

Felt fine going on. Nice for a bit. But then my dry patches were back within an hour. Kind of disappointing.

I reached out to customer service and nobody ever bothered to reply. It’s ridiculous—if they can’t even get back to a paying customer, that’s on them

I’ve liked a few Curel products, but shopping on curel.com was annoying because of the size options. I was specifically looking for a larger bottle since I already knew I’d use it, but most of what I found was either tiny sizes or random limited options that didn’t really make sense for me. If I can’t get the size I actually want, it just doesn’t feel worth ordering directly from the site.

I use the Curel lotion regularly, but every time I try to order it, it’s either out of stock or marked unavailable. It’s frustrating having to keep checking the site over and over like it’s some kind of chore. I don’t want to spend weeks refreshing a page just to buy lotion. If it’s always unavailable, what’s the point of even listing it?

I really wanted to give this lotion a fair shot, but the smell was overwhelming. It has this strong powdery, almost chemical fragrance that just clings to your skin and hangs around way longer than I expected.

What’s frustrating is products can technically be labeled like they’re gentle or everyday-friendly, but there always seems to be some loophole where a super strong fragrance still gets packed in. Maybe the lotion works fine, but the scent makes it a no for me.

It took way longer than the estimate, and the tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check back like maybe something had changed. I’m just tired of having to chase basic delivery info at this point.

When the package finally arrived, the box was banged up and one of the items looked like it had been thrown around in transit. Nothing about it felt smooth or handled with much care. I like the products, but after this, I probably won’t order directly from them again.
